Not responsive at checkin. I arrived at night after a 16 hour trip, the place doesnt have a lobby, so was out on the street trying to get access to the building via a Whatsapp chat with someone that could not give fast, complete or useful answers. He/she did not want to give me access to the hotel because hotels.com had not collected 100% of the fee at the time of reservation, but this person was not offering a way to for me to pay. He just wouldn't let me in. Other guests, that I met there and then, were outside with me waiting to get access to the building. One of them said he and his family had been waiting for over a couple of hours. In the end, all three of us decided to book another hotel and left. One hour later, I recieved a payment link, but I had already checked in in the other hotel.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro (Obelisco, casa Rosada), à Recoleta e ao Porto Madero. Dependendo da disposição, é possível ires caminhando. Há utensílios para cozinhar, tranquilamente. A unidade 2A parece ter passado por rearranjo , com quartos sem porta e vidraças, embora físicas, voltadas para o corredor do elevador. O banheiro fica muito úmido e demora um pouco a secar. Não haviam outros panos de chão além do tapete que estava no banheiro, obrigando a levar até a sacada para secar. A banheira não estava a mais limpa. O outro quarto fica voltado para a rua e a sirve de aviso da garagem do prédio ao lado, pode deixar a noite infernal, dada a sirene de aviso de portão aberto às 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h ou 6h da manhã. Os edredons não estavam bons, com as espumas soltas.
