Benim rezervasyon yaptığım yeri vermediler farklı bir konuşda şehir merkezinden uzak farklı bir yerde berbat kötü bir yerde konaklamak zorunda kaldım. Konu ile ilgili mail gönderdim bana ücret iadesi yapıldı asla Hotels .com dan konaklama satın almayı düşünmüyorum, ayrıca 'hediye kupon teklif edildi ama verilmedi.
