Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The facilities are large, but the cleanliness is truly awful. The heated pool is filthy, and the bathrooms and showers are so disgusting and full of mold and filth that you'd rather not shower to avoid catching a fungal infection. They cut off the electricity and water for four hours one day to trim the trees without warning. They closed the pool because of the power outage, but the restaurant had electricity and water. We had to go to a café in town to use the bathroom. I don't recommend this accommodation at all; on top of everything, we had to complain because they charged us twice. We've done a lot of camping in different countries, and this was disgusting and very expensive. It was really bad experience in holiday.
