We are a family of 5 with 3 kids. This unit worked perfectly for us - had a bedroom with king bed plus a single. The living area had a very large pullout (queen or king sized). The decorating was very tasteful. The place was super clean. The kitchen is small but functional. The location is directly across from the train station so getting into Venice was super simple. The trains leave every 5 mins and it was about 10-15mins on the train. I would absolutely stay here again. There was a bit of a delay when texting with the owner so it took about 15-20 mins to actually get into the unit.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en septembre et, dès notre arrivée, Giacomo (l’hôte) est entré en contact avec nous pour faciliter le self check-in. Il nous a expliqué clairement les démarches à suivre, autant pour l’arrivée que pour le check-out, ce qui nous a vraiment rassurés et évité bien des inquiétudes. Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel spacieux, propre et conforme aux commodités annoncées. À titre d’amélioration, nous n’avons pas repéré de prises USB‑C ni de système de climatisation, mais ce sont des détails mineurs. Mis à part cela, nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement et nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

アパートの部屋貸しでまず入口が分からずかなりの時間探した！場所が分かっても中に入れず長い事いろいろ試している時にアパートの玄関から出る人がいて中に入れたが、中に入ってもエレベーターや部屋の仕組みが分からず苦労して辿り付くと、掃除をしているスタッフが1人 彼女が全く英語が話せないので、イタリア語に変換して話すもなかなか通じなくて朝食付きだったので、どこで食べられるのか聞くと下のカフェと言うので行ってみると、そこでは違うと言われお金を払って朝食を食べた。部屋はアパートなので洗濯機やキッチン、食器が揃っていて使い易かったが、鍵がなかなか閉まらず抜けずで大変だった。最後まで謎の多い体験だった！
