The room was clean and enough space, the only complaint is they don’t offered any drinking water neither free or to be purchased so make sure you bring your own. They offer lockers for luggage when arriving early so that’s a plus. They locked us our second night bc of some mistake in their part but once cleared we were okay again. I will stay here again.

Property is very new and great place to stay. However, there was no aircon yet as the heating system was still on and had to open the windows for fresh colder air. Some mosquitoes as a result. Everything else was all good. Also do read the check-in instructions sent to your email/expedia account as everything is self-service as part of their sustainable plan

Apartment was clean and looked great. My only complaint is that the sofa bed was locked and could not pull it off. Chat bot said that it only happens when booked for 2 but my booking clearly said 4. Also iron board but no iron

Nice apartment with everything you need and a convenient location — about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo/Catedral. The place is comfortable and well equipped. One problem: the AC didn’t cool and only produced heat — an issue I’ve often encountered in Europe. If cooling is important, double-check with the host beforehand

Location is perfect. Very central and easily accessible. We opted for the larger room with a separate living section which was very nice. The shower pressure and water is excellent but there is no hand soap nor body soap so make sure to bring. Shower does have shampoo and conditioner. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the King Size bed a big plus. Mattress is medium firm. Linens are nice but don’t stay here if you expect high cotton count or silk 😜 Comes with a mini kitchen (cooktop, sink, microwave and nice size fridge) Unfortunately then other reviews regarding lack of A/C is true. Day 2 we learned to completely close metal blinds during the day to preserve room temperature as good as possible but the only true cool air is the one late at night from open doors which worked but not ideal. Overall we were happy with our choice and would consider coming back 😊

This is not a hotel. There is no human contact. There are Only 4 luggage storages for the big travel bags and they were all full . If you can’t store your luggage, you are referred to bounce website to store it yourself and pay extra. The place is new but the toilet smells and at night you can hear the sound of a tram outside. You can only get in contact with Ai 🤖 or robot if you need to ask a question. You will get an Ai response until someone handles your request, it could take few hours or until the next day. There are better places nearby for the same price and with better quality. I don’t recommend this place and will not go back again.

El hotel es nuevo, está limpio pero creo que no se debería vender como hotel, porque realmente es un departamento, el aseo se cobra aparte, no hay quien te asista en una recepción todo es remoto, afortunadamente tienen durante el día a una chica que mis respetos es excelente y te trata de apoyar en sus posibilidades. Hacia mucho calor en Milán y dijeron que no podían poner el aire porque estaba programado hasta mayo, me quedé casi una semana y ningún día tuve aseo tenía que pagar aparte y era una cantidad considerable. Mi opinión es NO ANUNCIAR como Hotel no son hotel, es un departamento y listo. Un hotel tiene personal 24 horas, un hotel tiene limpieza, un hotel tiene una recepción para apoyo y un hotel tiene aire acondicionado sin importar el mes.
