The property had two bathrooms which was a nice surprise. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and laundry machine. The room also had a very pleasant air freshener smell and the bathroom had night lights so you didn'thave to turn on the bathroom's big light in during the night. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Comfortable and convenient

Great place to stay. Very handy for walking to the Mayo Clinic. Also very clean. Although we only stayed one night, it would be especially nice for longer stays as it really is a small apartment.

Broadway Plaza was ideal for our Mayo visit. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and had everything we needed for an extended stay. It is centrally located by skywalk to Mayo downtown, restaurants, library, the civic center and other ser ices. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
