Great location but the rooms, lobby etc are tired and require deep cleaning. The rooms were of great size and the lone receptionist was absolutely amazing at juggling all the responsibilities of managing the apartments.

I have booked with breakfast. I meant I can eat some buffet at the restaurant in the hotel. Regrettablly, they provided me to a breakfast box which contained milk, juice, diced peach and corn flake.

The location is the best feature of this property. It’s opposite Westfield and walking distance to all the things in Chatswood be it shopping,dining and commuting to wherever. The parkade was a little confusing finding your allocated spot. The apartment was v spacious and bed comfortable. Big tv. It is dated though. Not a slick hotel but comfortable enough. It needs a thorough clean… perfect for 2-3 nights. Swimming pool was good but the hot tub was out of order. That was disappointing.

This is not a sebel/accor standard hotel. The free breakfast is a box of long life milk, a juice popper and cereal and is very misleadingly advertised as breakfast. When addressed with reception that this was misleading I was laughed at! The lights in our living room didn’t work, there were curtains missing and towels with rust stains on them. Very poor quality with no facilities of an Accor hotel as you would expect. According to needs to review this property immediately as it is really tarnishing their name!

the location is very good, however the apartment was not very clean and the bedding was not great ( one side of the bed was sagging). We needed an extra bed, which they put in the middle of the living room. At this time the swimming pool was unfortunately in renovation. So it wasn't to bad but disappointing. The very ++++ is that the Westfield is just next door.

Overall room provides great amenities, size and is close to the train station for easy access around. However a few downsides; no plug for the bathtub, no deadlocks for balcony doors (easy accessible locks for children), shower pressure and temp control poor.
