Phone number doesn't work, goes to answer phone in India. Location when you click through to google shows up as on the golf course. No one in the local area knew they were there. Shows as 24/7 reception, there is no such thing, it's lock boxes. Once I found a local number, had to wait while they went to the office. Called back 20 min later, to tell me that my booking was lost. Terrible place, do not recommend. Stay away. Hotels.com should delete them immediately

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This is a scam! Do not book! Despite having booking confirmation from Expedia, there was no accommodation available and I had to resort to finding emergency accommodation at 6pm during a very busy time for Nadi where safe accommodation was extremely hard to find and ended up being ridiculously expensive. Expedia apparently need approval/confirmation from the apartment manager to issue a refund and to no surprise, they are not answering nor calling back. These apartments should be immediately pulled from the Expedia site and recourse should be actioned.
