While there were some positive aspects, there were also several issues that impacted my overall experience. The room we selected was advertised as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation; however, it only had one bathroom, which was disappointing and misleading. Housekeeping was another challenge—cleaning was consistently scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, which coincided with the time we were getting ready for the day. If we were in the room during that time, the staff did not return later, resulting in missed cleanings. Additionally, on the second day of our stay, we unfortunately found a cockroach in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom itself also needs improvement: the toilet was not functioning properly most of the time, and the shower space was quite small and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff were consistently helpful and kind, which we appreciated. Overall, while the service from staff was commendable, the inaccuracies in the room listing, housekeeping schedule, and maintenance issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Property as well appointed and pools are kept clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but wholesome. The only problem I had was a very very moldy smell in the room I stayed in. This may even be in the walls and it is not a good feeling the walk-in, took her room and have to open all the windows and doors to get fresh air in. I would not stay here again.

IT WAS TERRIBLE. The pool was dirty one of the staff dumped an unhuman amount of chloride into the pool and there was some dirt on the bottom of the pool. The staff was rude they assumed we didn't pay for the food even tho they were the one who gave us the receipt. U have to wait for the staff to notice u and even then they take their time to help.

I picked this property because it was advertised as a wellness resort.The property is beautiful but that’s it. I arrived at the check in desk around 4:30pm and there was only one person there to service about 12 people. So it took me about 45 mins to be serviced.The pool was very very loud and over crowded. I later learned people not staying at the hotel came to use the pool. I was given a room by the said pool and it was not peaceful at all. The room smelled bad. I was greeted by several mosquitos and I attempted to use to microwave but it sounded like it would explode. All in all don’t stay here is you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Je pense que c'est un endroit assez bien pour recevoir du monde en famille ou amies sauf un endroit pareil, mérite d'être bilingue en sachant bien que les euros français lors, mais bien au moindre qu'il mette du personnel, qui parle le français pour des tarifs assez élevé pour dormir, le Lit reste à désiré j'ai eu super mal au dos.
