Zürich is expensive! The flat was small but clean and functional for our needs. There was a nice balcony and the bed was comfortable. It would be nice if some basics were provided like tea and coffee given that there is a kitchenette.

Well situated and had all amenities. Unfortunately the volume control on the TV was faulty, one of the two cups had a broken handle and the pillows were large but not very supportive while the mattress moved - not major issues but meant the apartment was not as comfortable as it could be.

Would be better if whatsapp messages were replied too faster. I initially wanted to extend one day but there was no reply in order to reserve directly through them. The electric cooker had an issue couldnt turn it on.could be cleaner The location considering the price was pretty good
