The room was clean and as pictured in the photos. Additionally, the staff were kind and helpful with transportation questions. Another positive was that the breakfast was fresh, delicious and offered a variety of options every day. The property is close to many central areas. There are also many coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel situated in a perfect location to see the major tourist attractions on foot. Breakfast was provided with our booking which included a wide range of food and drink. The deluxe room with 2 double beds was very spacious and clean with plenty of useful amenities. The room provided filtered water which was very useful. Staff were friendly assisting with booking a taxi upon check out and the concierge as happy to help with our heavy luggage

Hotel was perfectly situated and the size was quite comfortable. The suite came with a water filtration system and a carafe for the refrigerator which was helpful. It was an easy walk to both palaces that were nearby. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. The play area was pretty helpful to have kids run around before or after starting the day.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel breakfast was also very good. The location is excellent, and very close to major cultural heritage and other tourist sites. I'd recommend this hotel to other visitors to Seoul as well.
