Spotless room with cooking facilities. TV and wifi, close to beach and pool available. In particular food was excellent and plentiful and at a reasonable price. Daniel proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful as were all staff

Reception and restaurant on site are often closed which is very deceiving. The beach is not very long and full of plaque of thick rocks.

Very nice location with nice beach view. Spacious room with kitchen and nice patio to eat and drink with sun and shade as you like. Air conditioning and wifi. What could be improved: Limited kitchen ware and tool. I cooked everyday but was limited. No cisors, no knife for preparing food or slicing bread. Adding a small table with two small chairs inside to eat when it’s to hot outside. Change the molded shower curtain. It was gross although the rest of the apartment was clean. Put insect repellant on floor at strategic places to limit cockroaches. It’s tropical so I expect bug and cockroaches but something can be done to reduce them easily. I will definitely go back to the same place everytime I go to Martinique. I also like lively Le Marin when I went for the happy hour and washing my clothes.

Great quiet, relaxing place to stay... close to very nice beach. Steep hillside location great for ocean views, not so good for people with mobility issues. Nice clean property, clean refreshing pool. Great place to stay if you have rented or have a vehicle.

Not a waterfront property, it has a view of a crowded public beach at the base of a steep climb. The bungalows are cute and clean but very modesty furnished with cheap furniture, thin towels, and minimal kitchen. The owner won't provide a gate code so one often has to street park and drag self, groceries, and luggage up an arduous, steep climb. The restaurant is seldom open, in a week and coming and going I never saw anyone eating there. No window screens, lots of mosquitoes and no-see-ums to join in the late night racket from beach parties.

Beautiful, peaceful place with cute, spacious bungalows teeming with nature and incredible views. The local band on the Sunday afternoon with dancing was brilliant. Can't recommend it enough.

What's not to like, Clean & Friendly

The bungalow accommodation was lovely very clean, the food in the restaurant was very tasty. Daniel gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and was very helpful in arranging transport to airport. The surrounding grounds and pool are well kept. The gorgeous clean beach and little food outlets for lunch are just down the hill within walking distance. We highly recommend having your own transportation as the hills are very steep. Lovely relaxing setting

Beautiful beach, a little busy, a pretty little coral reef with fish and corals on the right side of the beach, so it allows you to experience little of snorkeling. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. The downside is, that there is no store close by to buy necessities. You have to travel 5 km to town of Le Marin.

The staff was incredibly rude not just to myself but to my young children. They attempted to charge me double threatened me if I didn't CLEAN my own room and take out the garbage far away they would charge me extra saying it would happen automatically via expedia that they have my credit card (they did not in fact have my card info). There's NOTHING in the area as for grocery or shopping and it's a 25 euro at least cab to the nearest town or a hike up a dangerous hill for a bus. Do not recommend this place at all.

Cheap but dirty and full of cockroaches

We rented 2 apartments for 1 week. The rooms were spacious but not cleaned well when we arrived. There we’re dirt and hair on the floor of people who rented the apartment before. There was no cleaning service during our stay, not even fresh towels. There’s only on small rubbish bin in the bathroom. Both apartments are full of cockroaches - dead and alive ones. The bed is comfortable. Air condition were only working in one of the apartments properly. The ti punch as a welcome drink was really good and the food in the restaurant is als good. The pool areas is clean. Unfortunately the Wifi isn’t working most of the time. The stuff was mostly nice. All in all we don’t recommend this accommodation

Ok for base but you need a car!

Arrived. Phoned landlord for access code to property. Handyman greeted me. Room - basic but clean. Included fridge and 2 ring electric hob and kitchen sink, plus 1 1/2 rolls of cheap toiler roll for 5 nights/6 days. Based on a sharp hill. Car parking interesting but always left car in gear. Swimming pool compact but ok. The hill up and down from restaurant was very steep, so worth baring in mind if you have any mobility issues. Internet didnt work for 2 days. On arrival the restaurant was closed. Landlord told me i could have a choice of 1 meat or 1 fish and I would have to take it to my room or eat alone in restaurant (I had already booked a dinner and breakfast in advance of arriving). Dinner was good. Never ate another meal there as restaurant often totally closed. The venue is a good place for basic location to other areas but you need a car. I was surprised to told by cleaner on day of leaving that I needed to take all my house hold rubbish with me and, if so, I would be welcomed again. I would stay at the the venue again - as I think it is ideal for exploring and within budget! I went to settle my bill on leaving and asked to wait for landlord as on phone. After a good 15 mins after he finished his phone call he instructed a member of staff to tell me how much I owed. He never said thank you for your custom or goodbye.... Felt a little disappointed by that! Love Martinique overall.

Le Paradis de l’Anse fait vraiment honneur à son nom. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine et avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour confortable. La communication a été excellente, toujours rapide et agréable. De plus, l’hébergement est situé à proximité d’une magnifique plage, facilement accessible à pied, ce qui a grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Un endroit paisible et bien situé pour profiter pleinement de la Martinique. Nous le recommandons avec plaisir ! 🌴☀️🌊

Propriétaire malhonnête, il est au courant qu'il a un problème avec le wifi mais il ne dit rien dans l'annonce. De plus, il n'a rien fait pour trouver une solution. La réception, toujours fermé alors si vous avez un problème...heureusement que mon chauffeur m'a aidée à mon arrivée et au départ car le premier mai le propriétaire m'a permis de laisser les valises jusqu'à trois heures pas plus car c'était férié...attitude honteuse....
