Staff are very nice and great location. I really like the seasons botanic and have stayed a number of times. It is starting to look a little tired and worn, rooms need a complete overhaul with new equipment t needed, but still it's a good place

The cleanliness was excellent, and I'm a cleaning supervisor. The maids were polite and helpful when I interacted with them. The hotel is lovely with good amenities and excellent location. It is a little dated without exhaust fans in the bathroom or enough power points and power point location (none near the table).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Seasons. The unit was very spacious, very well resourced, quiet, secure and comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. We had an apartment for 8 nights, and it was really nice and comfy! Fantastic location! Friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was good for laps (with a lot of turns). VERY good value for the dollar - would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good space, nice view, friendly staff. Kitchen was well equipped, having a fridge and dishwasher was handy for a long stay, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms look out to the Shrine of Remembrance, which gave us a great view. For improvements, the living room lights were too dim and the beds and carpet were showing their age, although still decent. Would stay here again.
