We opened the door to the room and the hallway seems to go on forever. We didn't expect it to be that large but once you're inside that door it's almost like a two bedroom apartment. Some of the walls are brick and it's beautiful. The beds were comfortable, supplies in the kitchen we're adequate. We didn't get a chance to cook there so I can't speak for that but there are pots and pans and everything you need to cook with. We will definitely stay again.

Although the automated checkin instructions were a little confusing (several of the keys pn the keypad had the markings worn off) once we got the system sussed, it was very easy to use. Lovely clean property, nice apartments and easy access for restocking coffees etc downstairs. Very nice indeed!

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped for all your needs. Check in process was smooth. They also rectified a small problem very quickly with a door code. Nice and quiet area, but. Also not far from Bourbon street and the French quarter.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t book this accommodation again. To start with check in , we were out front for approximately 30 minutes putting in the code the facility provided us, we later found out this was not the right code. After that we found critters in our bed rooms and bathroom. But it was a short distance from bourbon st.

My internet was a little slow so check-in was a bit of a pain since I could not see the email with the codes and room number enclosed. Luckily there was a staff person there to help. It was all just a little confusing for a first timer. The room was spacious and clean. Room #215 needs a second curtain to block out the light. There is an exterior light outside the window so you have to cover your head if you are a light sleeper. Bed was good, a little low but good. Great location if you are attending an event in the cdb and want to walk to the quarter.

This place was beautiful, spacious, clean and conveniently located but the checkin process was a nightmare! We had to call to get the code to enter the building and then it was wrong. After 4 or 5 phone calls we finally got in. That alone may deter me from booking it again on future trips.

We had a wonderful stay!!! We had a 2 bedroom/1 bath. It was perfect for our family of 4. We used the sofa bed for one of our kids. It is a very easy location to get to everything. The common area had a grand piano that my son liked playing. Beautiful terrace/garden areas. Easy to get extra towels etc.

Had all the features we were looking, toaster, frying pan, coffee maker, etc. the only thing that could have made it outstanding would have been having had a working pin for the building entry keypad on arrival. A phone call quickly sorted that out. Enjoyed our stay at Roami on factor row, and felt the location has an excellent walking score
