This smoke-free villa features a full-service spa, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. The Maya Seminyak Villas offers 11 air-conditioned accommodations with private plunge pools and indoor private hot tubs. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation includes dining tables. 28-inch LCD televisions come with cable channels, DVD players and pay-per-view films. This property is in a great location, right by Eat Street with many great food options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here. Since 2018, the area has become much busier, so not as quiet as it used to be. You will hear music from local restaurants and the occasional loud motorcycle driving by. Other than that, it’s a nice place to call home for any length of time.

Pool was great. Everything ypu could want is on right on your doorstep yet the villa itself is a haven of peace and tranquility. If going during the wet season or just after, prepare well for mosquitos

All was good aside from the smokey smell that came from the air con which lead to me being unable to sleep properly. Staff were friendly. Very private. A lot of space. So close to the Main Street of Seminyak but still so quiet.

We were upgraded to a huge two bedroom villa - bedrooms were separate entities at different ends of the pool so still had privacy. I think a few upgrades could happen, everything is still beautiful but it is starting to get a bit rough around the edges due to wear and tear, weather etc. pools could use a deep clean and resurface, and just general upgrades but nothing bad at all - we will definitely return again and this was our second visit to the villas.

Amazing stay

The villa was beautiful and great location at the center of Seminyak. Love the in villa massage services. Some parts of the villa is old but service was great and overall an amazing experience.

Great villa, huge space, fabulous pool and outdoor area, big comfy bed. Lots of mosquitos , had to really be careful! Only feedback I think is that they need doorbells and do not disturb signs for the doors like the other villas we have stayed at. We found that we were being woken up by phone calls asking if they could clean our room, but we just wanted to sleep in. Other than that it was an amazing stay!

I was extremely impressed with this Villa. There was nothing i didn't like. The Villa was huge for a 2 bedroom with a massive pool in a fantastic location just of Eat Street. The staff were great and very helpful. The onsite restaurant had a great selection and the food was wonderful. I will stay there again .

We stayed in a three-bedroom private pool villa and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. At approximately 600 square meters, the villa offered three separate bedrooms and a huge private swimming pool, making it an excellent choice for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway. Pros 1. Spacious Setting:The villa was surrounded by lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, and it never felt crowded. 2. Fantastic Swimming Pool:The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the pool. It was large enough to actually swim laps rather than simply cool off. I spent most of my time in the pool, and it was incredibly relaxing. 3. Great Value for Money:Considering the size of the villa and the private facilities, the nightly rate was a bargain. It's difficult to find a villa of this scale at a comparable price point. 4. Convenient Location:The villa is located close to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and shopping malls. The beach is also within a comfortable 10-minute walk. Cons 1. Aging Facilities:The biggest drawback is that the property is showing its age. The buildings, furniture, and fixtures all feel dated and could benefit from refurbishment. For example, the cushion on the poolside cabana was not only worn but also stained and looked overdue for replacement. My impression is that the owners may be prioritizing competitive pricing over renovations.

This property is severely outdated and needs to be refurbed immediately. I only stayed because it was last minute and knew it was short walking to restaurants but the pool was murky, I think it’s close to getting algae, the tiles have gone black/green. I feel like sheets in one room may not have been changed or just a really humid air conditioning. It was just a dirty, run down villa. Looks NOTHING like the pictures. You need immediate attention to the pool instead of throwing in whatever chemicals there is something wrong with it. Also, so much for my Expedia welcomes for this property, completely overseen. Don’t stay here, so many other amazing properties around.
