Location was great (trams within walking distance) and having parking available on site took the stress out of finding street parking. Room was clean and spacious. There was quite a bit of visible wear and tear throughout the unit, but that did not take away from the view and overall feel of the room. Apartment was fully equipped. However minimal lighting in kitchen and no clean up broom( was given after asking but fit for a child). As there is a kitchen, a normal broom and/or vacuum is required to keep apartments clean. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
