The club house and pool were great. The house could use some work. Carpet was stained everywhere, walls need a good cleaning and a coat of paint. Hot tub need to be replaced, cover rotted away, couldn't use the jets as they would spray everywhere. And rusted screws and the intake flap was broken and floating when we opened the lid.
