We stayed at a "glamping" tent. The tent and the view were nice. The communal bathroom was a hike and felt like a kids camp shower. Not glamping and definitely not nice. The tent was really noisy when the wind picked up and at night we could hear the highway and the party at the event space across the highway. We will not be staying there again.

Absolutely spectacular place!! Close to the Royal Gorge and an easy drive to Cañon City. We were able to watch a meteor shower out the back yard!!

We were so delighted to find our wonderful cabin at Royal Gorge cabins. The area was so quiet and the setting so serene. The indoor outdoor fireplace was delightful as was the hammock. Loved it.

Highly recommend this property for your stay near Canon City. The cabins were great. Easy to visit Royal Gorge, outdoor activities and a quick 10-12 minutes to Canon City. The gas log fireplace, kitchen, bbq grill…all nice!
