I booked the room and went to check in and no one was at the front desk. Called the number 4 times and no one answered. Had to find lodging elsewhere and was later informed the worker was on lunch. I had already booked another room and Heidelberg refused to refund my money for a room that I couldn’t get access to. The advertisement says check in is from 4-10. We were there at 6:00. Would not recommend them just for their poor communication and lack of respect for people traveling long distances looking for lodging for the night.

We always stay at the Heidelberg when snowboarding at June Mtn - dated rooms & amenities but we love it. Especially sitting around the huge fireplace 🔥

Good spot outside of the main ski resort. Convenient to the bus stop and restaurants outside the main resort. Great for families big rooms and space outside for kids to play. Also good for traveling people and people with pets. I wouldn’t stay here again I would stay outside of town further during the summer and closer to the resort during the winter.

The Heidelberg is an excellent choice of accommodations. We LOVE it 👍 Staff is so friendly and rooms (with equipped kitchen) are clean as a whistle. There’s a sauna and hot tub and the view is amazing ! We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when in June Lake area.
