The property was down the road from Panaca and a short 10 minute drive from Quimbaya. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The pool is wonderful and the property manager made us a great bonfire for s’mores.

Pros: Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Close to Panaca, huge room, beautiful nature around. The best of thiss place is Sandra (the host) who is extremely kind, helpful and cooks a delicious breakfast. Cons: Limited offer and schedule in the restaurant. No bar in the room. Breakfast is not varied at all. This is a house with many rooms, so you have to share it with others.

Low quality place

A place in need of renovations. A very noisy place, other guests did not respect that many of us are looking for quiet place and decided to make a very noisy party. Many hallways do not have lights and inside rooms there are few lightbulbs making the whole place unsafe at night. Doors getbstuck all the time and are difficult to open/close. Food at the restaurant took for ever to get ready and the selection is very limited. Table tennis is broken and the rackets are in bad shape. The management knows about it but do not care about replacement or repairs. The only positive comment is about the breakfast, very good and all the ladies do care about the service. The offer in the area is very wide so next time we will go to any other place.

Dahiana, El señor Antonio y la señora Neli excelentes personas, wow que servicio, amables, atentos, diligentes, fuimos a pasar vacaciones con mi mamá pero nos quedamos sin palabras para agradecer las atenciones de estas tres personas que fue con quien siempre tuvimos contacto, a los dueños de Villa Manuela quiero decirles que tienen un equipo excelente y las instalaciones preciosas, muchas gracias por todo la pasamos maravilloso, bendiciones a todos, sin duda recomiendo este lugar, espero poder regresar en un futuro.

Deben poner atencion a los baños

El tema de el baño nos incomodo muchisimo pues no se podia combinar el agua y estaba tan caliente que te podias quemar o tan fria que te congelabas, tambien se salia el agua por la puerta y quedaba muy inundado el resto del baño. Por otro lado la recamarera Sandra es excelente a ella le damos 5 estrellas. Volveriamos si arreglaran los baños. El resto del lugar esta bonito

Genial!! volvería mil veces, buena atención, comoda habitación, buen precio, cerca al pueblo, al parque del afe y a panaca. La fogata estuvo genial, hicimos amigos. buen rato en la piscina. Valto variedad en el restaurante, pero buena comida en general

Es un lugar muy acogedor, gente amable, limpio. La piscina deliciosa... Ideal para descansar. El pago con datáfono debe ser mas claro debido a que la villa no asume el impuesto sino el cliente y en la página no dice eso. En general un sitio bueno, lo recomendaríamos.
