Everything was walking distance. Me and my woman decided to walk to the funnel house from the hotel best decision ever! And we found a lime scooter and rode back to the hotel on it. The place was clean with a lot of towels, but only one toilet paper. What’s up with that?

There is no front desk. Everything is done through self checkout/checkout. Hotel calls it "contactless". Codes to get into the hotel and your room. Got AT LEAST 5 EMAILS EVERY DAY leading up to the trip. All saying the same thing. All directing to the same website. NEIGHBORHOOD is terrible and extremely unsafe. My daughter got groped twice. Homeless people everywhere. Extremely disappointed. If you want place close to the Convention Center, don't waste your money

They don't say this upfront, but there are no elevators! They hide it in their listing under accessibility instead of telling customers outright. The process getting in was super easy, but our room was nothing like the listing. I reserved a king room with a small kitchenette, but when we got there it was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit with no king bed. Tried to text the number they provided but didn't hear back. Also charging $40 a night for parking is insane. There is tons of free parking around Long Beach so it felt predatory.
