I would highly recommend Chiado Arty Flats. Pre-arrival communication was excellent. They organized an airport transfer and gave us easy to follow entry instructions as we were arriving after the front desk was closed. The flat was well-equipped and breakfast every morning was lovely. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was also really convenient.

very clean and quiet place. Perfect for the entire family. Cosy and very well decorated with amazing design solutions. In a perfect spot with access to "must see" locations. The personnel at the front desk is very instrumental and will help you get by whatever your journey me be in Lisbon with no problem. Very close to the cruise port. I could use this nice Hotel again no problem. Kudos

We had so much room for our family's stay. It was fantastic! Front desk reception was really helpful, and the breakfast service was wonderful. You don't have to go down for breakfast. They just bring it to the room. The only complaint is the noise at night due to the location close to the night club district. There were loud vehicles blaring music and loud partiers on the streets outside at night. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great stay overall. The location is excellent—very central, surrounded by many restaurants, and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. The only downside was the coffee: the coffee included with breakfast was low quality, and you have to pay extra if you want more than two capsules of better coffee.
