I like that I was checked in asap. And the people up from was awesome. What I’m not happy with is ROOM SERVICE they do that every 2 weeks and I have to use towels and bed sheets for that long😟

Staff walked down the halls slamming on doors, yelling the checkout time. Scared me and seemed to be very rude and aggressive.

Was stranded with no money after a horrible check in attempt and their refusal to return my money. The hallways smelled like onions and they had cheap beds and one place to sit down. Will never return, stay away from here. Zero stars

It appears that the attitude with Extended Stay is very firmly in, "you get what you pay for and we won't make any effort to improve that, so accept it or leave, because we already have your money." Including making kids stay in a room with someone else's old food stuck to the floor and mold coming out of the flooring. Spend a few extra bucks and find a hotel that cares and actually wants your business.

The room was clean and the front desk check in person was very friendly. Overall this is basically a place where locals seem to stay as a rental alternative. There was nothing terrible just not what we expected.
