The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. They speak English fluently as well. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. It’s a great hotel for large families for sure. I’ve stayed at a couple other Mimaru locations, and have enjoyed my stay at every one of them.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was convenient in every way. The room was nicely appointed and it was very convenient to have laundry in-unit. The staff was very nice and all spoke perfect English. Everything is clean. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel. The front desk staff was lovely and friendly. The room was perfect for four people and the kids were very comfortable on the futon beds. The shower water pressure was excellent. It was great having laundry in the room although it took a while to actually dry everything. We were walking distance to Nijo Castle and many other areas were walkable too. We would stay there again.

Clean room, had a partition so that the baby could sleep while we were up. Not a lot of big activities nearby but it was convenient to walk or take a bus to places, and don't sleep on the shopping street nearby (had no crowds and was fun to walk around). Our baby loved the crib they provided. They also have easy luggage forwarding. Would stay in Mimaru again.
