Our stay was excellent. The location was perfect, everything we needed was close by, and the property was exactly as described.Any small issues that came up were resolved within minutes, and the communication was outstanding throughout the entire stay.The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and way larger than what I expected. The reception is located in the building and she was very friendly and informative. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone and I’d book my stay there the next time I go to Madrid

The location was the best part, very central The rooms were small and we had the most difficult time getting in touch with the host. I called multiple times with no answer and ended up calling hotels.com to relay the message. There was air conditioning which functioned well during the heatwave that we had. Probably will not stay there again though.

We enjoyed our stay at Slow Suites Bellas Artes. The location—just steps from Gran Vía, the Prado Museum, theaters, and major attractions—is a big plus. The area is surrounded by great restaurants and points of interest. We would definitely choose this place again for a future stay.
