Our family had a great time here. We would definitely recommend and return here! We didnt have any issues. Was very easy to check in. The communication was great. Our condo was very clean and exactly as we imagined. View was beautiful. The pools and hot tubs were amazing! The beach is very close and easily accessible. Our only tiny complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was very hard and cheap. The frame wasn't sturdy and was very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time.

The hotel was a nice place to stay. Check-in information came the day of check in and not 48 hours in advance like previously stated. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The pools and grounds could have been maintained better, like sand swept from the pool and hot tubs. Upon checking in, parking passes and wristbands have to be picked up in a small office with only one person working and a very long line. Overall, I would return to this condo as the group was very happy overall.

Pros: Condo had a great view and balcony, was mostly quiet, and the location was convenient to restaurants, activities, and provisions. Perfect size for our family of 4. Cons: Management company was overzealous in looking for “violations.” We received a notice of a fine imposed for hanging towels on the balcony rails which we did not do. We contested it, the office employee went back through the video footage and determined we were not the culprits, and we did not get fined in the end. But it was irritating to have to dispute it in the first place. Beds were uncomfortable. Bunk room stays hot. No beach amenities with the condo - bring your own chairs/beach towels/umbrellas. Overall, not sure if we would return to this location or another property managed by Hosteeva.

When i booked this location, it doesnt mention all the construction going on. It was quiet and located right on the beach. We went down a couole floors and walked out where there is a pool and then the sand. The outside pool is not heated. There is an inside pool located on east side of the building but again-you have to go through construction. The walking there is not covered and you have to go through a parking garage-at least where we were. All the appliances inside the condo were new. They did a very quick remodel.. caulking and baseboards were bad. There was orange dust on the walls and baseboards were dirty. Not sure if someone comes and cleans it or they just tidy up. They supply all dishes to use. There is a tv in both rooms and living room. The bunk beds are basically in a closet. The balcony over looks the beach. Despite all the construction everywhere -it was relatively quiet. It has an excellent location. The beds were so stiff. I literally tossed and turned and woke up sore. Everyone in my party-even the kids-saoid the beds are way too firm. Like sleeping on plywood. Id stay here again once construction is over and id bring my own Mattress topper.

The condo was very nice. Perfect location, decoration style, size. Had some trouble with the WiFi but the people at the 800 number got that taken care of. My only complaint was the jets in the tub would not work and the dryer wouldn't run at all which made things difficult after washing a full load of clothes and towels. Other than those 2 things I was happy with our stay and would come back again for sure! I didn't have them come fix the 2 problems because I didn't want the people coming and going and it was only a 4 day stay for us.
