This was one of the most unhappiest stays I've encountered while booking with Expedia. Arrived and Expedia hadn't paid the the people so we checked in very late after over 9 phone calls back and forth before the property released door codes. AC didn't work in one unit so we were moved to another units and the AC didn't work in one of those units either. So both nights each parnter barelyy rested due to being hot. The property smelled as if it had sewage issues. The phone representatative were all polite and answered quickly but all around I feel it was so unfair and should have been given a refund for at least half of our stay for all of our inconveniences.
