While it was modern & room had good facilities. The entrance and stairs are dirty from shoes, it needs sweeping and mopping & the rooms weren’t the cleanest, needs dusting & a once over, seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned fully & once they do this it will be perfect.

All pipe work blocked water blocks in every drain and toilet takes ages flush away, the shower has 1 setting boiling very dangerous temp also its imagration housing i wouod say familys of 6 in a 1 bed apartment stay away from booking here

Decent facilities and room for the prices so good value for money. We dealt with Richard who was helpful and upfront. Room came with fridge, microwave and cooker so that was good. Was able to also get secure parking for car. The process of parking is a bit manual though, requiring someone to open a lock with a key and manually lift barrier. Could do with a modern barrier system. Only other negative, very difficult to communicate with Hotel beforehand but all works out when you get a text message on the day of arrival with clear instructions.

Great property in central location. Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.

Great value for money

Parking couple easily be an issue as there are only a few spaces in their car park and on road parking is permit only. We were lucky to get the last space. Loved the fact the room had a seperate living/kitchenette/dining area to the bedroom. Was clean and comfortable.

This place was not very clean! The pictures online are nothing like the rooms! The bed was the worst bed iv ever slept in the spings was coming through ! There was a horrible damp smell in the bathrrom! There was rips in the sofa that was filthy ! Damp on net curtians! Window in room never opened! Damp in corner above cooker! Shower was filthy ! Stood on piece of glass on floor in room ! Comunal area on way in was filthy ! Would never go back here !!!!!!
