Spacious, clean with high end finishing and the best shower pressure. Check-in was seamless and effi3nt and the staff lovely. The biggest win is the location, with a short easy stroll to Southbank parklands and 15 minutes into Queen st Mall

Good location but construction that starts at 0630 am is soooo loud and disturning. This construction will be several months. Steam room was barely warm even after asking for someone to repair. Swimming pool is not heated. The sofa fits x2 peoplenonly and very uncomfortable. Washer and dryer was nice to utilize.
