The staff was very friendly and kind. We didn’t have a lot of interaction and that was ok. They were quick and helped with anything I asked. Well-spoken English. The rooms were incredible and spacious. We really loved this hotel and wished we booked it again on our way out of Tokyo. It was amazing.
