Friendly Staff, Comfortable Stay

The staff stayed late to welcome us, spoke English fluently, were friendly, and even made espresso for us in the morning. The property is comfortable and quiet, in a small town about an hour from Mt. Etna and an hour from Siracusa.

The room 11 feel neglected and very noisy.Thin walls that do not isolate other rooms well.There was mold in the bathroom, the photos do not reflect reality.The walls by the bed were dirty. We were very tired and angry from that one night.The breakfast was very modest.

Il Residence è in una zona molto tranquilla. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto pulito, ampio e luminoso. La cucina con piano cottura, frigo e forno a microonde è attrezzata del necessario . La colazione è semplice ma discreta. Il servizio reception è attento e puntuale.

Bra boende i en fantastisk stad

Superfin stad, bra läge för att utforska området. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra hotell som vi kan rekommendera. Vi var chockade över alla sopor som slängs i naturen och efter vägarna men i Santa Anastasia var det bra. Det bästa är småbyarna och Etna men som sagt soporna gör att man aldrig vill återkomma

Super cozy

I always love staying here whenever I am in town for work. The women at the front desk are always extremely friendly and the rooms are very nice. Weather was wonderful for my last visit, I slept with the windows open every night! Great location and close to several good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Just adequate

The room (ground floor) felt very cramped and out dated. The few kitchen items they did have (plates, glasses and utensils) were not clean at all. The wardrobe was inconvenient as it was so high up I could not reach the hanger rail. Just did not feel comfortable in the room however the breakfast food and room was fine.
