An independent apartment on two levels, in an internal courtyard with garden. On the first level a living room-kitchen with wooden mezzanine, on the upper level the bedroom and
The house retains the original floor of the late nineteenth century, recovered as far as possible. A concrete design staircase leads to the mezzanine floor, all in wood, where the double bed and the bathroom are located.
The house is ideal for 2 guests, but in the living room there is a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 more people (for example children). For each additional person, in addition to 2, it is necessary to add to the basic rate of 45 euros / day an additional 10 euros per person / day.
The house is located in a popular neighborhood in the ancient city, a five-minute walk from the former Benedictine monastery, a baroque jewel, and a few minutes from the Greek-Roman theater and the Baroque historic center, a UNESCO heritage site.

An oasis of calm in chaotic Catania

In the heart of a lively, colourful neighbourhood, Gianluca's house is an oasis of calm. A hidden garden complete with resident cats sunning themselves was a wonderful addition to the bright, clean and comfortable apartment. Well designed, well taken care of and Gianluca goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. We loved our stay and would happily return. A great holiday experience.

Not only the apartment is perfectly clean and well located but Gianluca is a fantastic host. He gave us great advice and we really had an enjoyable time. The garden in front of the apartment is perfect for families and the animals, hens, cats and fishes are a great entertainment for the kids. Definitely recommendable for families and couples.
