Good location close to station, room was clean and well equipped with nude outdoor area. However was very noisy during the day with construction next door and at night until at least midnight with loud noise from pool hall next door. Note taxes payable at check-in are MAD44 per person per night, not what was quoted by hotels.com (MAD13.2)

Stay that deserves to be repeated many

This is the stay that you feel you want to repeat thousands of times … It’s complete experience from checkin, room, location but Staff is extremely an added value for all above. Was concerned when reading the reviews however this place exceeded my expectations. The staff are very attentive everything i asked for was done and even gone the extra mile. The place is a perfect spot in a lively part of town. You have a kitchen everything you need including washing machine, cooker, fride, freezer, toaster, kettle. You have nice terrace area if you want to smoke or just relax. The iptv smart tv is amazing has all the channels. Felt very comfortable here would highly recommend.

Everything was smooth from the check-in to the check-out. The staff are amazing, especially Othman at the reception. The location is also convenient and lie within a walking distance of Rabat Agdal train station.
