Pluses: Accommodation was comfortable though basic. Kitchen was limited yet functional. Climate control was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the location. Minuses: Keeping the shower from spraying onto the bathroom floor was a challenge. Night stands are small. We would return to Miranove but ask for a room that is not above the tram line, which was a little noisy.

Nicely set up for a long stay and a comfortable bed. I ended up the accessibility room, which i didnt need. So the bathroom wasn't great for me. Overall, good stay.

Excellent quality accommodations. Unfortunately my room’s location was noisy from the tram bell below and the elevator and staircase door. Barking dog in the hotel throughout the evening. Ask for a quiet room.

Air conditioner and dishwasher did not work. We reported it numerous times and they never fixed it. It was very hot. The electric kettle did not work. We asked for a working one and never got it. The girl at the front desk was quite rude.

The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room. Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles !!! C'est extrêmement bruyant, merci les trams!!! Pas de clim fonctionnel. J'ai indiqué que la douche était bouchée. Ils ont donc fait intervenir quelqu'un qui n'a pas daigné ramener avec lui les serviettes et torchons sales qu'il avait utilisés!!! Pour le checkout j'ai du attendre que la réceptionniste finisse sa discussion avec sa copine au petit déjeuner, en finissant son croissant. INCROYABLE !!! Le réceptionniste du soir était parfais et serviable, merci à lui. Mais je n' y retournerai pas.

L'appartement est bien refait, propre et agréable. C'est un bel endroit mais... pas pour y dormir (le comble pour un hôtel). Chambre sur une station de tram (bruit permanent du tram, disputes de marginaux dans la nuit..) Très TRES mal insonorisé. Donc, très mauvaise nuit Les chambres sur la rue sont vraiment à bannir. Peut-être que d'autres chambres sont plus calmes ???... Parking payant étroit (mais tout de même existant) Cher pour Montpellier et vraiment trop bruyant.

Bien aimé mon séjour, correspond aux attentes. Cependant, l’air climatisé n’étais pas encore en marche, ainsi il faisait extrêmement chaud. Le personnel ma suggéré d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour réussir à rafraîchir un peu la chambre. Il faisait 31 degrés à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur et c’était extrêmement bruyants à l’extérieur. La chambre comprenait un mini frigo et le nécessaire d’une cuisine. La salle de bain était impeccable et spacieuse. Déjeuner style buffet de base. Le bacon et les œufs étaient froids et le pain sans gluten étais minuscule et très dur. Machine à café exceptionnelle.

Bonjour, arrivé a l'hôtel, on annonce que le parcking est 10euro par jour, ensuite dans la chambre pas de papier toilettes, siphon de douche boucher complètement, le fond du toilette noir de calcaire. Pas de bouteille d'eau, prévoir de l'eau a la supérette en bas de l'hotel. Le reste de la chambre est niquel. Je ne retournerai plus a cette hôtel. A+

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L'ensemble du personnel rencontré est très sympathique et on sent une sincère volonté d'être aux petits soins pour les clients. Que ce soit les personnes à la réception, celle en charge du nettoyage et également le responsable de la maintenance, une équipe au top. Vraiment bravo à eux car ils ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Les chambres sont très propres, agréables et la literie de très bonne qualité. J'y retournerai sans hésiter pour mes autres déplacements professionnels. je veillerai juste à être côté intérieur. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre en court de séjour un matin car réveillée dans la nuit par un groupe dans la rue, cela a été accepté avec le sourire et j'ai même profité d'un surclassement. A noter un parking qui est très étroit et nécessite une conduite fine et plusieurs manœuvres. Les explications transmises par mail par l'hôtel pour le trouver sont claires et nécessaires car l'entrée est discrète. Cela reste très pratique d'avoir ce service en centre ville de Montpellier.

Der Check in dauerte über eine halbe Stunde da immer wieder telefonate angenommen wurden und uns warten liessen. Der gebuchte Parkplatz wurde am ersten Tag doppelt vergeben so dass wir keinen Platz zum parkieren hatten . ACHTUNG alles sehr eng gestaltet geschweige den dass man mit einem SUV nicht ins -2 kommt. daher mussten wir ausserhalb parkieren und zum Hotel zurück marschieren !!!!!! Abends sind alle Parkplätze um das Hotel voll. Die Putzfrauen telefonieren schreiend im Korridor oder Nachbarszimmer während Ihrer Arbeit mit Lautsprecher am Handy - geht gar nicht morgens um 08.00 Uhr !!!
