The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car.

È un residence abbastanza moderno,camere ampie e angolo cottura ma malgrado sia grazioso la connessione internet è scadente e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. All'arrivo ci hanno chiesto subito il pagamento ma solo quando siamo andati dopo ci siamo accorti che l'aria condizionata non funzionava e ci è stato detto che non ci potevano ridare i soldi indietro perché il titolare sarebbe arrivato molto più tardi....considerato che era già tardi ci siamo trattenuti ma non è un comportamento adeguato,prima prendono i soldi e poi ti dicono che mancano i servizi!!!

Panne portail d’entrée en pleine nuit

Réception juste intenable à cause de la chaleur et encore, la canicule était passée. Je plains de tout mon cœur ces pauvres réceptionnistes Par ailleurs, nous avons été réveillés à 3h du matin par notre fils qui arrivait en voiture : impossible de joindre la réception par l’interphone ni l’hôtel par téléphone. Nous avons dû aller à la réception et là il a eu un code d’urgence pour rentrer ! « Ah oui , il y a déjà 3 voitures qui n’ont pas pu rentrer ! », avons-nous entendu !!!! INADMISSIBLE !!!!!

Nuit calme dans un beau cadre

Nous avons passé une nuit dans un endroit agréable, spacieux, calme et propre. Avec un beau parc. Le personnel a été très agréable. Juste un petit manque de générosité: Rien n’est offert à part une petite bouteille de cristalline pour 2. Pas de décoration donc un peu froid. Cest dommage car pas besoin de mettre beaucoup ni cher pour ajouter le petit plus qui manque vraiment pour se sentir vraiment bien accueilli. Aucun produit de première nécessité tout est en supplément. Et petit déjeuner non tenté car un peu onéreux. Nous avons mangé une pizza excellente au resto pizzeria associé. Juste un tout petit effort de générosité de cœur et ce serait parfait.

Nous n'avions réservé que pour une nuit mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Locaux récents en excellent état, au calme. Chambre très confortable pour le prix demandé. Sommes allés au restaurant de l'établissement : parfait avec un personnel efficace et très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner fut aussi abondant et de bonne qualité. Donc excellent choix !
