We loved staying at this hotel. It was central (7-11 was right across by the crossroad), the apartment family room we had was spacious for us and our 2 teens. The tatami floor and seating felt like a great experience and we lived the aesthetic. I highly recommend this property!

This place was great. The staff was great and spoke English. The only disappointing thing was they have a Coffee Lounge but their coffee machine was broken and no replacement or other offers instead.

Fantastic room for my family of 5. Wife and i had a seperate room, and the 3 kids could share a bunk bed and the stand alone single beds. The common area in the middle of the 2 rooms was great to unwind at the end of the day.

Nice clean rooms in a convenient neighborhood (subway station is just across the bridge, fresco supermarket, 7-11 and FamilyMart nearby). Kyoto Station is a little far, so you may need a taxi to/from, especially with luggage. Gion district and pontocho alley also within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’d say the only improvements would be more laundry machines (there’s basically 6 washers and 6 dryers for the entire place) or have rooms with machines. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were helpful and had loa of options for kids! We liked the bingo scavenger hunt, the kids room, and the entertainment area. Big rooms also help when travelling with a family! The hotel is close to the canal and river which was a joy for walking.
