Perfectly situated for peaceful evenings with easy access to all attractions. Well presented and with a very responsive back-office team. We had one small problem which despite being non-urgent was resolved cheerfully and quickly.

All the basic amenities were available, clean & tidy. Full communication with detail from start to finish covered all aspects of our stay. If I was to change something it would be the beds because of creaking.

Great Home Base for a Vienna Vacation!

We stayed in Vienna for about a week, and found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. It had large enough beds, a nice kitchen with newish appliances two bathrooms, and a clothes washing machine. Public transportation was just a block away, so there was no need for a car, and there were lots of little shops and restaurants nearby when we needed a snack, a drink, or a meal. Check-in was easy, as was check-out -- all automatic. The only downside was not ever seeing or hearing from the managers, even when I left a message/question on the website, but it may have been a technical error. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

This appartment was very worn and dirty. There was lots of dust it was not clean. There was lots of damage to the inside especially in the bathroom. I would not recommended this apartment as it is over priced for the condition it is in.

Good Locale And An Apt With Everything You Need

Large layout compared to a hotel, even with some "wasted" space. Full oven and dishwasher, and with groceries close by it's easy to cook often during an extended stay. Easy walk to metro, and even easier to tram, both of which are just a short ride from major destinations. Tub, heated tile floors, and good clothes drying conditions. Not enough natural light and ability to easily determine the weather outside. Not sure the A/C is perfect, but it was only May so there wasn't any real problem during my stay. Something was left in the dishwasher with food residue on it, so the kitchen didn't smell great when I arrived. Make sure you have all information saved on your phone when you arrive, so that you can access the apartment easily without Internet.

The apartment is dark and stuffy. There were ants and spiders in the toilet. I informed the operator that I would be staying with my grown-up son and asked if there was a sofa - since there was in the photo on the website. I received no reply. There was no sofa and when I asked to change flats, the answer was that there was no other apartment. Instead my son slept on the floor.

The good: very convenient location, apartment was a good size and parking is available close by for reasonable rates. The bad: we had apartment 4 and it was literally across where the garbage was kept for the entire building. Keeping a window open was not an option due to the smell and noise. On top of being right next to the garbage it was also right next to the designated smoking area for the entire building. Not pleasant! The apartment was superficially clean. For example the sofa bed had nasty stains below on the mattress below the sheets and we had ants all over the counters and table. Neither the bed or the sofa bed were comfortable. The sofa was as hard as a brick and the bed was less than comfortable. Overall it was quite disappointing. Maybe a different apartment would have been better but there's no way I would recommend apartment 4 to anyone in its current condition.

Nuestra estancia en Steiner Residence fue muy decepcionante. Desde nuestra llegada era evidente que el edificio se encontraba en obras. Durante varios días, los trabajos de construcción comenzaron alrededor de las 7:30 de la mañana, con ruido constante de taladros y maquinaria, lo que hizo imposible descansar y disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones. Lo más molesto es que esta información no se comunicó antes de nuestra llegada. Si hubiéramos sabido que el edificio estaría en plena construcción, habríamos elegido otro alojamiento. Reportamos el problema tanto al alojamiento como a Hotels.com durante nuestra estancia. La respuesta del alojamiento fue que las obras estaban fuera de su control, lo cual entendemos; sin embargo, eso no cambia el hecho de que los huéspedes debieron ser informados con anticipación. El apartamento en sí era aceptable, pero el precio que pagamos no corresponde con la experiencia recibida, ya que el descanso, uno de los principales motivos por los que se reserva un alojamiento, se vio seriamente afectado. No recomendaría este alojamiento mientras continúen las obras, a menos que informen claramente esta situación antes de la reserva para que cada huésped pueda decidir si le conviene hospedarse allí.

Niemand erreichbar, weder über WhatsApp, Telefon noch Chat oder Email. Keine einzige Antwort auf Rückfragen vor und während des Aufenthaltes, wir standen 1h vor der Haustüre bevor uns ein Bauarbeiter (!) reingelassen hat, hatten auch die "Notfall" Nummer angerufen, ohne Erfolg. Schlafzimmer so klein dass man am Rand des Bettes nicht entlanggehen konnte, "Ausblick" auf dunklen kleinen Innenhof voller Zigarettenkippen. Schlafsofa defekt, nicht bezogen, 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier und 3 ml Seife für 3 Tage Aufenthalt ... Ein aussergewöhnlich schlechtes "Erlebnis", wir werden dort nicht mehr hingehen.
