Staff Berenice, Andrea and Micaela at the front Desk were very professional, friendly - helped me with tours, transportation, requests for my suite that was pristine. My 2 story suite was superb, 3 balconies facing Ave 9 d Julio, weather was awesome so I was able to keep the doors to the balcony opened, feeling the breeze and beauty of the city for most of my stay. The property is an architectural gem, loaded w history, elegance, good taste

Despite the excellent internal space and the very friendly staff, the bathroom is very small, with no space for personal objects, the water heats up and cools down numerous times, making showering unpleasant. Towels are thin and small.

localização muito boa, mas bem barulhento, um único elevador, a porta de entrada do quarto enroscava, e os ralos eram "meio devagar" mas não estavam entupidos. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Relação custo beneficio OK. Primeira vez em buenos aires então não consigo comparar com outros, uma vez que os prédios são antigos ali.

Hotel é muito bem localizado. Mas o hotel em si deixa a desejar. No geral o quarto é bom, mas o colchão estava muito ruim, com deformações que prejudicaram o sono. O banheiro estava com o ralo entupido, mas eu mesmo consegui desobstruir. É um bom hotel, mas precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado.

O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção foi o ponto alto, todos atenciosos, tive problema com a descarga e solicitava o conserto, e eles sempre prontos para solucionar o conserto. Localização excelente. Apartamentos com boa estrutura, ar condicionado, frigobar, secador, torradeira e micro-ondas e uma chaleira életrica, perfeito para alimentação rápida. Não paguei pelo café da manhã, eu mesma fazia, vários mercados ao redor. Também não utilizei serviço de limpeza que é pago a parte, mas eu mesma mantinha o quarto arrumado e limpo, mas as camareiras retiravam o lixo diariamente , então não tive problemas com limpeza. Para quem vai em família, a acomodação é perfeita, o único problema e que o banheiro fica em cima, impossibilitando quem tem dificuldades com escada.
