This property was perfect for a stay in Greenville. Within walking of restaurants, Falls Park, and Swamp Rabbit Trail. Communication with Kasa was easy, check in was easy, and they were able to offer us an early check in which was very convenient for us. The apartment was clean, fully equipped for cooking, and had a washer and dryer. You couldn't ask for more. And a very reasonable price compared to the nearby hotels. We will use Kasa properties again

Was a great, place. A feel cleanliness and insect issues, but it was a great place, great location to Falls Park and surrounding area (4 min walk), and I'd stay there again when back in Greenville.

Great location, clean and a very comfortable stay. For the price and location I definitely would stay at the Mint again. It was especially convenient that there was also a washer and dryer in the unit. The self check in feature was really nice too.

We had a great time, very close to eating and shopping. The amenities were very helpful and we felt the area was very safe. We had an issue with getting a ticket even though we paid for parking but it was taken care of within an hour!

Very easy to find, parking was right there. 24 hr checkin was great. The beds were super comfy, and the place was nice and clean. Great for our big group having 3 bedrooms! Close walk to everything we would stay again for sure.
