I was not able to stay at this property due to not be able to contact the host. I got there at 7:30 PM. The host did not answer and Expidia was gonna contact me within two business days. I had to find a place to stay at the time. It was really scary and expansive.

Please note that the property does not have an elevator. This means we were bringing our senior 65 parents up so many flights of stairs to the top floor. House was mediocre, not the cleanest. Photos oversell the property massively, be warned.

As we arrived , no lighting in stairway (60 steps). Awkward hallway to apartment .Entering floor was dirty , bathroom had hairs both toilets. Small bathroom , one small mirror in all apartment. Only clean was sheets .floor popping out entering bedroom.AC not working properly in master bedroom .

Disappointing

Unit was dirty and offers no paper product amenities or soap. Rules overly restrictive and borderline ridiculous especially regarding use of air conditioning. Make sure you clarify payment method. If you want beautiful views of Venetian canals, spend more and stay at a hotel that isn't in an urban neighborhood.

It was a horrible experience staying in this property. The AC didn't work. When we called, they did nothing and then stopped picking up our phone. So basically if something goes wrong while you are there, you will have no one to even speak to (let alone them helping you). The bed had hair on the sheet so clearly they didn't change bed sheets after previous guests left. The room had a strange stink. You are better off staying some where else. Don't ruin your vacation by staying here.

Poor apartment avoid.

Apartment was in poor condition. Sewage smell in living room. One of the bathroom the toilet was basically unusable as it was 5cm from the shower. There is a manhole in the living room which was in poor condition and this meant smells came into the apartment. The checkin policy was not flexible as we arrived 1 hour early and was told we only get the code at 3pm even though there was no one inside and cleaning.

Listen up. The property was well kept. The check out was the worst experience me and my family had in our life’s. With all the change in hours from the USA we missed the time to check out. LISTEN UP we were thrown away to the streets with two little kids under 3 years old each. The cleaning lady walked in the worst mood , no education or humanity whatsoever. We had to get out that’s it. I felt homeless. In America someone would have called, charge us more money or any other solution. The way the situation was handled was inhumane.

The apartment is located on the top floor, but unfortunately, the elevator is only used for transporting items, not for guests. The shower had visible black mold, and the stone floor was not only uneven but had holes as well. The AC unit was extremely loud, and its filter was filthy. The apartment itself looked nothing like the photos; it was dark, dingy, and overall disappointing. We decided to leave a night early due to these poor conditions, but the owner refused to acknowledge our concerns and did not reimburse us for the night we didn’t stay.

To many problems to list-dont waste your money!

We had apartment #4. No customer service. Found fresh blood stains on sheets. Internet only works in the hallway for rooms 1-4. Big electrical problems in this building. Main circuit breaker kept blowing(another renter showed us how to reset it). A/C broken in one room. All other apartment renters had similar problems. Washer and dryer didnt work. My first review was rejected and it was very detailed. There were to many headaches at this apartment. Dont let them spoil your beautiful vacation!

Air-conditioner at living room is not working. Air-conditioners at bedrooms have strange sound, di di sound, when operating. Cooker hood damaged and is not working. Hair dryer is not working that needs replacement by another one on the second day of stay. Timber floor planks at living room peel off that results in uneven floor level causing my wife fallen down many times. Water seepage and comes out from the timber flooring at living room. Rubbish on the floor of master bedroom.

Ok as a base to explore

Overall a pleasant stay and is a good apartment as a base to go and explore but wouldn’t stay if I had young children or wanted to be in the apartment for anything other than sleeping & showering. Pros: 1. Property was in a great location; 20 mins from Rialto Bridge & 25 mins to St Marks square. 2. The apartment was very clean 3. beds comfortable 4. shower was hot 5. Could leave our luggage outside of the room (though not guarded / locked away) Cons: 1. Toaster didn’t work 2. the apartment was quite dark 3. there were building works right outside of our apartment which we were not informed of earlier and because of how close the buildings were, they might as well have been in our apartment. This didn’t affect us on the whole however we had been travelling on the first day for several hours and wanted to get a few hours sleep which was just impossible. 4. Elevator didn’t work 5. Noisy in general (you could hear next door just walking around, never mind talking)

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Wir haben am Campo san Stin eine Sprachschule besucht und so hatten wir nur eine Minute von unserem Apartment zur Sprachschule zu gehen. Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß und die Betten sind sind gut. Das Bad etwas klein aber noch in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser (eine Kaffeemaschine in nd ein ordentliche Weingläser wären toll). Dafür gibt es aber einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und einen Tisch mit Stühlen, etwas Geschirr und Töpfe. Zwei hübsche Schlafzimmer ein kleines Badezimmer und ein „Wohnzimmer“ mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Außerdem war es recht ruhig. Mit der gesendeten Wegbeschreibung haben wir das Apartment schnell gefunden - von der Piazalle Roma ca 15 Minuten. Allerdings muss man die Koffer dann aber 3 Stockwerke hochtragen da der Fahrstuhl nur für Mitarbeiter ist. Alles in allem würden wir das Apartment wieder buchen da die Lage für uns einfach perfekt war.

Buongiorno, arrivati nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato la lavastoviglie da svuotare con calcare e male odorante,il frigorifero aveva la cella freezer piena di chiaccio,la rubinetteria in cucina e bagno anche lì calcare,l'acqua usciva poca!!!volevamo farci una tisana il bollitore con calcare!!!! La posizione dell'appartamento e buona!!!! Da migliorare la pulizia!!!!

L'appartamento è grande, ma non ha nulla a che fare con quello delle fotografie presenti su expedia. Pulizia approssimativa, ma sufficiente. Il peggio è stato la gestione dell'emergenza Covid-19. Sono stato avvisato alle 12 di dover lasciare la struttura per le 14. La struttura mi ha detto di essere obbligata a farlo, cosa non vera né allora, né ora (se si leggono i decreti del governo). Il tutto dopo aver tentato inutilmente di contattare la struttura fin dalla sera prima: tanti numeri di telefono, nessuna risposta.
