Private walk to idyllic beach

Great cozy place. Peaceful and quiet, 30 second walk to beach sand. Only drawback is no restaurant or gym, but plenty of places nearby. 5/5 stars

The cottages are super cute and right in the beach. They have everything you need to stay for days and I spent a full hour in the hammock relaxing one morning with no noise but the birds. Awesome. Quiet. Get some groceries and enjoy the island time.

Peaceful & secluded stay

Our studio was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. There is no pool, but they included beach chais, towels & umbrellas. There are tables & BBQs around the property which made it nice to sit around & enjoy a bite to eat.

The view from upstairs was great. The proximity to the beach was a real plus. There was not a sharp knife in the silverware drawer. The bottom step of the stairway was not level. There was a musty smell in the room. These are minor issues, our stay was great and we are very pleased.

Visited a few times before but stayed in a cottage this time instead of the efficiency Had everything I needed in the kitchen, nicely remodeled and comfortable. The cottages property being walkable to the beach and also having all the beach gear available for their guests is a huge plus to make it feel like I'm at home and not at a hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful as always. Would recommend to others that like quaint places to stay.

This was our second stay at this property . We absolutely love it. They supply beach umbrella chairs lounge and regular. Grills and picnic tables . Each cabin has a deck with table chairs umbrella . The cabin is clean comfortable and well equipped. We grilled every night. Laundry facilities right on site no extra charge plus laundry soap available. The Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Beds pillows blankets comfortable extra if you need it. Stand up shower . In the BBQ area and picnic area there is an outside shower to rinse after beach time. Just a great Home away from Home

Gulf Breeze Cottages is a great place to stay! The cottages are very comfortable and the kitchens are well stocked with everything you will need. The beach is just steps away and the cottages are located within walking/driving distance to many restaurants. We will be back!

We had a vacation package through Expedia. Flight, rental car and cottage on 9/2021. The efficiency not cottage was really clean and properly stocked for what we needed. No oven, but a tiny 2 burner stove top and small microwave were provided. We were expecting a cottage with a separate was dining room and a shower/tub combo. What we got was an efficiency at best. One room with the bed, kitchen, tv area and dining room table. All in one tiny room. The shower and toilet in a small area right at the front door/kitchen. The owner just said I got the room I booked and that I should rented the right room. My paperwork, like there brochure and photos never said I wouldn't be in a single cottage. In fact, on numerous occasions it was referenced as a cottage with a shower/bath combo. Did we let it ruin our trip? Nope Would we stay here again? Nope Just be careful and read every thing before using this property for your next family trip. Had they been upfront about it all things could have been different.

Properly was clean with all the utilities needed. Outside and surrounding area to get to the beach was heavily flooded and unsafe. TV was down for almost an entire day and this was unsatisfactory since we couldn’t go outside due to the flooding.

Very nice property. Clean and nicely decorated. Everything a vacationer needs for cooking and the beach was provided. Friendly staff. We were even surprised with an upgrade! We stayed in the Beach House (5 of us) and had plenty of space.
