Good location, large room with a comfortable kitchenette and TV. The hosts were very helpful since I arrived late in the evening, they left the keys in a lockbox. Easy to park. Everything was perfectly fine.

Nice stay. Can recommend!

Not really obvious hotel in a commercial area a bit outside of the city, but no noisy surrounding. No restaurant. You will need a car to go there. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, too, even continental style, as usual. Friendly staff at the reception. Good place to stay.

The property is located in a commercial area way outside the city. There is a tram that stops outside that takes you in to Besancon and a large retail park 20 mins walk away. The room we had was huge with all facilities you’d need except aircon which we really needed! There was a huge balcony with a great view of the mountains. Unfortunately there was a gang of people congregated in the car park until the early hours which made me happy our car was in the underground parking that I would recommend.

We were glad we only stayed for one night. The room itself seemed clean, but there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was also a dusty smell. The hallways were dirty (ground). Because of the smell and no AC, we had to open the windows at night, but it was very loud from all the cars coming and going, and there was a constant light coming from the building across and from the parking lots. Would not recommend. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and check in was easy.

It’s situated in a housing estate, we arrived late at night and there was car racing going on until the early hours of the morning. We felt quite uneasy in the room. You could hear everything and anyone that walked past, so the rooms are definitely not It soundproofed as it stated on the listing. The telephone was broken and on the floor there was a strange smell in the room and the floor was sticky. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I made a mistake when making the reservation for 3 days in this hotel that is not central and when I wanted to cancel they did not accept it, I was not able to cancel a single day and they charged me the full rate for every day, they are not flexible, from my point of view view they could have charged me one day for cancellation and the other two days they could have canceled since I did it 24 hours in advance

O quarto (studio) tava limpo, pelo menos, a limpeza básica, e tinha bastante utensílios úteis a uma estadia. De ruim, o box, que era meio apertado, e o sinal de wi-fi, muito oscilante. O estacionamento foi fácil e gratuito, embora seja até as 9 horas do dia do "check-out".

Das Auto war etwas weiter weg zu parken. Teils lange Wege innerhalb des Hotels. Einchecken etwas umständlich, da man erst das Hotel finden musste, dass in einem Einkaufszentrum liegt, man dort das Auto nicht lassen konnte und somit beim Gepäck entladen Mühe hatte. Sonst tolle Lage, direkt an der Innenstadt. Sehr gute Frühstück!

Ne surtout pas avoir une chambre donnant sur le parking. C'était très bruyant. Comme il f1udait très chaud dans la chambre nous avons voulu laisser les fenêtres ouvertes mais un group de personnes a fait énormément de bruit après 22h: bruit de voitures, les motos qui vont et qui viennent... nuit catastrophique

On a pas réussi à dormir tellement il faisait chaud dans les chambres, sûrement du à une mauvaise ventilation, pas de climatisation, seul un ventilateur était présent. Sortie d'un mariage on a fait une nuit blanche à cause de la chaleur alors qu'il pleuvait dehors, même en aérant en ouvrant les 2 fenêtres on avait trop chaud. Pas de porte pour la chambre, donc on avait le bruit du frigo toute la nuit. Si je devais pinailler la salle de bain gagnerait à avoir une meilleure lumière, la douche avait une pression peu forte et surtout l'évier avait en dessous du savon une grosse craquelure. La vue sur le parking en vis à vis dans l'entrée salon au rdc. Bref évitez la chambre 341 sauf si vous êtes frileux. Les points positifs, car oui néanmoins il y en a, l'accueil et les informations étaient bien, la chambre d'hôtel était spacieuse et propre, grande télé dans la chambre, petite tisane et café offerts sans avoir payer de petit déjeuner, cuisine avec de quoi réchauffer un repas, bouilloire et machine à café fonctionnelle. Dommage pour la chaleur principalement.
