The hotel itself is adequate. It has large sized rooms with very comfortable beds, a lovely back terrace where you can sit and enjoy the outside, light snacks (for sale) and AC for those hot NY days. My only watch out for traveller's is it's not a highly walkable neighborhood. Stores close for the Sabbath on weekends and there are only two restaurants and one corner store within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel is right in the middle of the Jewish orthodox area. There are no restaurants nearby the only supermarket is Kosha and caters to the Jewish community so they do not sell wine or beer. The area is filthy the hotel needs some TLC we had a suite with a balcony it was horrible

Room was clean enough. Towels were old. All bathroom fixtures were loose. TV still had protective plastic film. Dresser drawers open on their own. Lobby water bottle machine stocked for 3 days. On the plus side, beds were comfortable, but need newer pillows.
