L'accoglienza e la gestione della mia prenotazione è stata assolutamente perfetta. La stanza pulita in maniera impeccabile e un bel bagno funzionale. L'elemento non soddisfacente è il livello della scarsa insonorizzazione della finestra che comporta purtroppo una notevole interferenza dell'esterno essendo peraltro una delle vie principali del centro

Decoroso ma solo poco più che discreto

La camera si presenta bene, ma manca almeno una poltroncina e soffre per il traffico su Via Cavour. Connessione Wi-Fi non funzionava. Nel bagno il lavandino con una crepa e la porta della doccia che cigola fragorosamente danno la sensazione di trascuratezza. La camera è consegnata con un paio di asciugamani e durante il soggiorno non è previsto alcun servizio di pulizia o il riordino del letto. Titolare comunque cordiale e sempre pronto, ma solo via filo. In conclusione il sevizio di cui ho usufruito più che di una camera d’albergo è stato quello dell’affitto di una camera e come tale mi è parso solo discreto rispetto al prezzo pagato.

alloggio vicino stazione Termini

Posizione molto strategica vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini. Affacciandosi su una strada principale il traffico si sente. La camera si presenta bene e il proprietario della struttura si è dimostrato cordiale e gentile contattandomi prima del mio arrivo. Non essendo un hotel non è presente una reception e va comunicato l'orario di arrivo. Complici i probabili e difficili mesi di chiusura causa covid ho trovato polvere su tutte le superfici. Consiglio di migliorare questo aspetto
