Noisy with rowdys in street outside apartment until dawn talking,arguing and sometimes fighting near closed bars. The Good, the apartment is roomy and kitchen adequate if you not planning to cook meals. Restaurant are a walk.

Its good location closed to all the attraction, funny next street is the red light district but its so quiet except from the room next door they speak loud or the wall was just thin. Overall the property is in good condition. Good comfy bed.

The apartment itself was very nice. We could not figure out how to work the heat in the bathroom though so it was very cold in there. Not saying it wasn’t there we just couldn’t figure it out. It is in the red light district which we don’t care about, but there were some weird guys hanging out later at night. Finding the right door to go in was a challenge but I called and they walked us through it. They responded immediately. Was walking distance to Christmas markets which was great

Reviews of this property are generally very unfair. Yes it's not the best area of town but compared to other cities nothing remarkable. Very clean, high spec good bathroom. And inside old walls.

Room for improvement

The apartment is spacious with a little kitchen and quiet. I was on the top floor and some of the windows didn't have blinds so when the sun came up at 5 in the morning I was awake. You should know that the hotel is in the middel of an area with strip clubs, gambling places, and the red light district. Also there is no reception, and check-in plus opening the door of your apartment works with your phone. I didn't receive the explanation and the link, but got good telephone support.

I was concerned about the check in with smart phone. Could not load up passport. Used email & the response was quick. App sent & easier than I thought. The location was reasonable but in a strip club area . It was clean & modern. It had a great balcony but we didn't use because of weather. Kitchenette was great. The big downfall for us was the stairs. Going up 5 flights of stairs with luggage. Not for the over 65's. Was unsafe, in areas there were no hand rails.

Das Arpartment ist geräumig, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett und die Kissen sind leider sehr hart und die Umgebung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man davon absieht, ist es zu empfehlen.

der checkin ohne Rezeption war bedenkenswert. Aushang mit QR Code der einen auf den Betreiber von QR Codes weiterleitet aber nicht einchecken läßt. Teilweise kein Empfang. Die 2. Dame mit der ich sprach war aeusserst ungehalten , nicht verstehend daß jemand anders der nicht den ganzen Tag check in macht, sondern in der Form daß erstmal, das ganze nicht in der Erklärgeschwindigkeit nachvollziehen kann. sehr ärgerlich war das. Der Fernseher bietet etliche Apps aber alles nur zum bezahlen. Kein normaler Empfang von gängigen Fernsehprogrammen . Das Appartment war aber sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Ich hatte das Zimmer mit Dachterrasse, Nachteil man muss viele Treppen steigen, Vorteil man hat einen tollen Platz zum schön sitzen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Es war alles sauber und neu modisch eingerichtet.

Dificultad de acceso, abrieron puerta desde España

Apartamento impecable en cuanto a situación -barrio rojo- pero muy céntrico y estado general. Mala experiencia con el sistema de apertura de puerta a través del móvil... no logré que funcionase y tampoco que el propietario, tras varias gestiones infructuosas, me ayudara al respecto, remitiéndome siempre al formulario online de llegada. Por eso hay un punto positivo y uno muy negativo.

Lots of things to iron out

A for effort. The listing says self service laundry. It is not true. Additionally, it took 3 hours Of frustration with the key system before they gave up and brought me a card for access. Be aware; the hotel is IN a the Red Light District. They tried really hard for me, but it fell short.
