Location was good, check in was friendly and smooth. Unfortunately, following the other two receptionists were not so friendly; rather hands off! Inside of the hotel and our room was outdated, small bathroom with a tiny shower. Didn't have any balconies nor iron and ironing board. We didn't like misadvertisement! Also, washer and dryer are not free of charge! Everything is written in French, so we didn't know that we were supposed to take-out the trash. All of the photos were shown on Hotels.com wasn't the same yet, similar of what we were given. Bed was comfortable, we stayed 3 days.

Loved it!

Great place to stay, though a little outside the center of the action. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and the room was quite spacious and even had a balcony. Visited during holiday season and they even had mulled wine in the lobby - nice touch!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the WiFi worked really well. The staff were friendly and were happy for us to leave our luggage with them as we arrived very early on the day we checked in. The hotel was also quite close to the station which was convenient. Location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the old city and close to supermarkets. Our room was quiet and comfortable and had a kitchenette, coffee machine, small fridge with freezer and a balcony.

Amazing value as we had an entire apartment with a small kitchenette and lounge area. It is perfectly situated at the edge of Petite France, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Also great for cycling around the city.
