Good little hotel

A lovely little hotel tucked away down a side street in Kyoto. Very friendly staff, nice room with good a/c (we stayed during an extreme heat episode so were very grateful for that). Nice eateries nearby. Would recommend.

長期滞在をしました。 受付の方の対応が非常に良かったです。 無料のサービスが豊富で、有り難かったです。 またチェックアウト後に忘れ物をした際も、入念に探して下さり、無事に物を見つける事が出来ました。 またの機会に利用したいと思いました。

快適といえば快適

・京都駅からは少し離れており、いまいち所在地が分かりにくい。 ・施設自体は大変清潔で快適。 ・駐車場は近隣のコインパーキングを利用したが、提携していたら尚良かった。 ・ベッドヘッドに、コンセントの差し込み口があったのに、肝心の元のコンセントが抜けていた為、使用できなかった。これでは意味が無い。壁面にコンセントの差し込み口があるか探したが分からなかった。 ・再利用はおそらくしない。

周囲に何も無い。コンビニまで徒歩10分ほど。 公共交通機関で行くと何かと不便な立地。 部屋にフロントとの電話がなく、いちいち用があればフロントに行かないといけない。 建物も部屋は新しく、布団も寝心地いいが、窓を開けると隣のぼろアパートの廊下が見える。つまり、向こうからも見えるのでカーテンは開けられない。 チェックアウト11時なのに10時40分に清掃スタッフがノックしてきて、鍵を開けると、スタッフから部屋のドアを開けられ、まだチェックアウトしてないんですか？と問われた。フロントにクレームを言いに行くと、謝罪はしていたが、清掃スタッフが新人だからと言う。 こちらには関係ない。 元々ホテル業ではないだろう業態が、何かあるこういう普通のホテルでは考えられない非常識な対応で出てくる。 まずまず快適に過ごしていたが、最後に非常に不愉快になった。
