A really lovely hotel, very clean and the view was amazing! Our room was lovely, the beds so so comfy and the check in and check out so easy (Reception staff so lovely and helpful) We are definitely going to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful budget apartments with the most amazing staff working in all areas of the property. On reception Lorena was wonderful: so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff in Despensa could not have been more attentive and kind. The bar team are second to none, friendly welcoming and great fun! We will be back.

This was a great place close to the beach. We had a small issue in the room with some plumbing and after notifying the Desk they fixed it the next morning. Very convenient to have breakfast in the hotel. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and helped us.

Decent value only slight complaint would be that in a 4 nigjt stay we only had housekeeping once. Outdoor pool not heated unfortunatly but for the money it is in a great area.

Lovely birthday stay

Really lovely place, staff went above and beyond to help us, supplied umbrellas if raining, decorated a room for a birthday, gave us advice on buses etc. Would recommend place if u want apartment holiday.

Firstly, every member of staff were so welcoming and did everything possible to ensure we had a good holiday. Room was spotless and well equipped for self-catering. Position one street back from beach. Only downside was that towels only changed every 3 days and sheets weekly although I believe you can pay for extra service.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend, amazing staff, extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, slight room mix up, which was soon solved & a complementary bottle of bubbly for us for understanding.

Everything (beach, shopping, restaurants, busses) is very near. Area is pretty quiet, normal things of course. Nice people working in Palm Beach Apart, we really enjoyed.

Close to beach and shops, just up a side street, very quiet area. Side view of sea, no sun on balcony on even numbered rooms. Very basic apartment nice size but decor not like pictures that are shown. Good air conditioning and ceiling fan - used daily. TV small and had to attach cable to plug in - could only find 1 English Channel so wasn’t used much. A bit overpriced for what it is. No reply for a question I send through hotels.com. Reception staff very welcoming. Cleaning done every 3 days - very good.
