Fantastic location - right in the heart of the hospitality precinct - easy walking to ferries, private boat excursions & shopping. Our one bedroom marina view apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable bed, balcony with a great view over Viaduct Harbour.

Great to have laundry in the room with detergent. The room was much older than the photos looked and our room had stained carpet. Our view was listed as a city view but our windows looked right into concrete walls with no view at all.

Nice hotel in decent location. Close to plenty of places to eat. Parking is $40 per day and must be booked ahead of time. Bathroom had some mould in it. Room was a little dated but overall couldn’t complain.

Enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at The Sebel Viaduct Auckland. We were greeted with friendly helpful staff , an amazing location , and a very comfortable clean room. We really enjoyed the proximity to great restaurants and local sights! We will definitely stay again on a returning visit to NZ 😊
