The complex is dated, but we found the price really reasonable for a very spacious apartment with amazing views in a great location. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean (although not spotless) and the pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Recommend for a family holiday at the Gold Coast.

We had a great experience at sandcastles its our go to every year as we travel to goldcoast every year. We have never had a bad experience at this property the kids love the pool the location is close to alot of different restaurants and the beach.

Our overall experience was good, the reception staff were fantastic and gave helpful information. Cleaning was a little lacking and we would have found it useful to have a set of tongs in the kitchen a scrubbing brush for dishes and possibly a couple of face cloths which we ended up buying. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was a good size offering 2 outdoor balcony seating areas and a spa. The pool area and BBQ area were great. The apartment itself is a bit tired and could do with a refresh, and a deep clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and communicated the late check in procedure well making our arrival smooth.
